My thesis on "Interpersonal conflicts and ways of their solution and prevention" focuses on exploring the organizational structure of the company and on th problematic areas in communication. The theoretical part will allow us to better understand the issues of internal communication and conflicts in the workplace. In the practical part, the main method for processing content analysis (questionnaire, observation and interviews with employees, which I carried out in the company). From this analysis, I then draw concrete conclusions.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of internal company communication. This thesis is divided into theoretical pand ractical parts. The theoretical part describes a summary of verified scientific knowledge, which are applied in the practical part. In the practical part, the shortcomings of internal company communication in the company POOR – TRADE, v.o.s. are identified by means of a questionnaire survey. Based on these shortcomings, individual procedures for their optimization are proposed.
Cooperation of teams and joint leisure time of employees

The diploma thesis Cooperation of Teams and Joint Leisure Time of Employees deals with relation between frequency of involvement of individuals in cooperation of teams and their evaluation of the cooperation, information sharing and spending leisure time with colleagues. In the theoretical part, the theme is put into the broader framework of culture. The main areas affecting the problem are defined further. Emphasis is put on corporate culture, organizational climate and social relations between individuals in a company. In the empirical part of the text, the research question is described, the main hypothesis is set, the operational hypotheses are derived, the operationalization is performed, and the company and its teams that are subject of the research are presented. Subsequently, all processes and their relation being subject of the research are theoretically anchored and described based on the data analysis. In the concluding part of the text, there is an overview of mutual sympathy, ties and antipathy of members of the studied teams as well as it is found out to what extent the data analysis confirms the hypotheses determined. Managerial Communication In a Selected Institution

Communication is part of our daily lives. Nowadays we can't exist without communication. It forms our relationship with other people. A good manager knows how important communication is for him and for the whole company. Communication affects other processes in the company, such as performance and employee motivation. Therefore we should try to improve it or at least to maintain it at a satisfactory level. In the theoretical part of this bachelor thesis there are explained communication itself and the related basic concepts of communication, kinds and types of communication, communication process, managerial communication, internal communication, communication styles, communication barriers etc. on the basis of literature data. The practical part of the thesis deals with the individual components of managerial communication in the chosen company. For this part I chose the joint-stock company Madeta in Řípec. The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the communication of a manager in this company and to suggest changes to improve the current state of communication. I used the form of a structured interview to define the current situation of communication in this company. I interviewed the director of the production plant in Řípec, Mr. Josef Pánek. The meetings took place in the director's office in the company and in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. After a few meetings with the director, I decided that there are no serious obstacles in the communication within the company. Nevertheless, I suggested some changes to improve the current state of external and internal communication. These changes will be helpful to improve workplace relations as well as for better comprehension of employees and customers.
